The Work & Co office uses white as its spatial base, complemented by light-colored wood to create a fresh visual feel, resulting in a bright and comfortable open-plan design. However, thanks to a smart acoustic system, the office remains quiet, preventing noise from disturbing employees. Here, desks don't truly belong to anyone. Instead, they are designed to be modular and mobile, allowing the company's designers and developers to sit together when discussing projects. Additionally, the designers recognized that people need different types of workspaces; beyond the open office area, they also designed a private studio for those who need to concentrate. In addition to office areas, the office also features a café, library, and kitchen, providing employees with places to rest and recharge.
