1. Office Flooring
During office renovation, the floor needs to be sufficiently level. If it's not level, it will affect the office after renovation. Uneven areas should be leveled with 1:3 cement mortar or self-leveling cement. Once leveled, the next step in office flooring renovation can proceed. Related to the floor is the installation of wire ducts. It's important to pay attention to the depth and width of the wire ducts, as insufficient dimensions can lead to an uneven floor after wiring, which would require rework.


2. Office Ceiling
Regardless of whether asbestos board or mineral fiberboard is chosen for the office ceiling, it must be suspended with screw rods to ensure durability. Suspension with wire is absolutely not allowed. The building is equipped with central air conditioning and a fresh air system, but the indoor air outlets may not perfectly meet the requirements. The renovation company needs to entrust professionals to extend or modify the air outlets, and the ceiling project needs to cooperate.

3. Network Cabling
In office network cabling, all wires that need to be run through conduits must use steel pipes, not the common PVC pipes found in home installations. Junction boxes must also be iron boxes. Although PVC might be usable, these are the requirements. After the office furniture is installed, power and network cables need to be routed to each workstation along with the office partitions. They should not be haphazardly placed or pulled, as this can lead to safety and usage hazards.
