Both open and private spaces are available! Let's take a look at Work & Co's artistic office

Is your workplace an open-plan office or a traditional cubicle office?

An open-plan office offers a more expansive and free view and activity space, but it also has disadvantages such as lack of privacy, easy employee distraction, and a noisy environment. A traditional office, on the other hand, can create a sense of confinement due to limited space, but it allows employees to maintain more privacy and focus better on their work. Both types of offices have their pros and cons, making it difficult to meet the needs of all employees. However, the Work&Co office in the United States, designed and planned by Casework, might be the closest thing to a perfect office.

開放式辦公室

The Work&Co office uses white as the spatial base, complemented by light-colored wood to create a fresh visual feel, making for a bright and comfortable open-plan design. However, because the office is equipped with a smart acoustic system, it can remain quiet and prevent noise from disturbing employees' work. Here, desks don't truly belong to anyone. Instead, they are designed to be modular and mobile, allowing the company's designers and developers to sit together when discussing projects. Furthermore, the designers also realized that people need different types of workspaces, so in addition to the open office area, they designed a private studio for people who need to concentrate on their work. Besides the office area, the office also includes a cafe, library, and kitchen, providing employees with a place to rest and recharge.
